Stephanie Kern serves as the Agency’s Operations Manager. She is responsible for preparing all requests for proposals and maintains close provider relations to ensure quick response time for our clients. She is also responsible for coordinating all activities of the agency to enable our agents to see our clients soon as possible when renewals and/or proposals are received.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 2004. She was employed as part of the management team for Kohl’s Department Stores until her employment with RH &A started in June of 2005. Her previous management experience has enhanced her ability to recognize our clients’ needs and respond in a expedient and courteous manner.

Stephanie enjoys learning all the aspects of the health insurance business and working with both our clients and staff.

She is married to another OSU graduate, and enjoys meeting new people. Stephanie is a licensed health and life agent.
