Larry Willoughby is a licensed health agent and experienced in client and insured relations. Prior to joining the Agency, Larry owned and operated his own business, PSAWest, for 25 years marketing the automotive after market products. Larry handles all group and individual products, including life, health, dental, and supplemental product offerings. Larry also markets individual health and Medicare Supplemental insurance.

Larry joined Roger Hicks and Associates in 2001 and enjoys meeting with his clients and assisting them with all their health insurance needs. Larry is a key agent and works diligently to provide our clients with his expertise and business acumen.
