Kristy Ventimiglia, Partner, consults with clients needing Human Resources assistance and with compliance issues . She is President of HR Solutions, an independent consulting practice, since 1999. Her background and experience for more than 15 years as a human resource professional includes serving as Executive Director for a software development company, an oil and gas company, as well as a non-profit social services center. She has directed human resource functions for mid-size companies up to 400 employees. Kristy’s extensive human resource experience combined with a sound background in benefits, provides the Agency’s clients with additional knowledge and resources. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management in 1992 and a Master’s Degree in Human Relations in 2003 from the University of Oklahoma. She is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

She has a broad range of benefits experience including completely re-designing benefits that resulted in cost savings to the employer of more than $500,000 annually. The re-designed benefit structure was more employee and employer friendly and did not adversely affect the workplace. Her experience ranges from drafting and reviewing employee handbooks consisting of policies and procedures that adhere to both state and federal laws and guidelines to extensive experience in training both employees and management in all facets of human resources. She has facilitated and taught multiple training and development courses with the objective of training managers of their legal responsibilities to both the employer and the employee. She attends employment law seminars and other professional seminars to continue her efforts in keeping current with employment laws and the human resource profession.

Kristy was retained by Manulife Financial to be a guest speaker at the National Pension Conference and she is also considered an expert witness in the field of Human Resources for employment and labor attorneys. She has served in various civic leadership roles including past President of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, President of Leadership Midwest City, Inc., and has served on the Board of Directors for other professional organizations. She currently is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club, the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium (public relations committee member) and is a member of Midwest City Leadership, Inc.
