The Chamber Plans are offered to small business employers to have access to affordable insurance coverage for their employees. The Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, and most recently, The State Chamber of Commerce have coordinated efforts with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma to make it easier than ever for businesses and their employees to choose the right health care plan, priced within their budget, with the physicians and health care providers they trust.

OKLAHOMA CHAMBER PLAN FEATURES:

Lower-priced alternative for groups of two to 99 employees
No Medical Underwriting: Coverage is guaranteed for chamber enrolled businesses who meet contribution and participation requirements.
Blue Options PPO: More in-network choice (any Blue Cross Blue Shield provider is included) than any other Oklahoma PPO plans, with multiple deductible options.
BlueLincs HMO coverage is available (in some areas) with or without an annual deductible.
Prescription Drug Coverage: 50 percent coinsurance applies at network pharmacies up to a $20,000 stop loss. After that, coverage is at 100% of allowable prescription charges. (Some HMO plans have different prescription drug coverage)
Coverage in all 50 states and 200 foreign countries
$20 or $30 office visit co-pays
Dental Coverage is available
Life Insurance is available

OKLAHOMA CITY CHAMBER CHOICE is available for businesses that are members of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and are headquartered in one of the following counties:

TULSA CHAMBER CHOICE is available for businesses that are members of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce and are headquartered in one of the following counties:

OKLAHOMA CHAMBER BLUE is available for businesses that are members of the State Chamber or a local chamber of commerce and are headquartered in one of the following counties:
